  • Processing Window: Orders take 2 to 7 business days to create before they ship.

  • Standard Shipping: Once fulfilled, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days for domestic orders.
  • International Shipping: International deliveries generally take 10 to 30 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Calculated Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Tracking Your Order
  • Email Notification: You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.
  • Multiple Shipments: If your order contains items from different suppliers, your items will arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each package.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
  • International Fees: The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred at the border.
  • Policy: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
  • Address Accuracy: We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please verify your info, as we cannot redirect packages once shipped.
